Jessica Reichman art

I explore the relationships between patterns, color and texture in my artwork. My prints and collage incorporate fine handmade paper, vivid colors, unusual textures and pure elements of design. As a printmaker I create a variety of designs using monoprint, collagraph and drypoint techniques. I frequently incorporate portions of my prints in my collage work and the completed images are interesting hybrids of two distinct art forms.

I am primarily a self-taught artist, and worked as an art museum curator and exhibits designer for more than 20 years before devoting my career to fine art. I am a member of the Santa Barbara Printmakers and am represented by the Frameworks/Caruso Woods Gallery in Santa Barbara, CA, Opus6ix in Eugene, OR, and Patricia Cameron Fine Art, Seattle, WA.
